**OOSH/OSHC Coordinator - Eastlakes**

**OOSH/OSHC Coordinator**, located in a bright and spacious centre in Eastlakes. Be part of this wonderful service, who value their staff and assist with career development and progression.

**About the role**:
We are looking for a professional, dedicated and organised individual, who is confident in managing a vibrant team of Educators. As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for taking care of the day-to-day operations of the centre and delivering the exceptional service our client is known for. You will be leading and mentoring a team of Educators, and building lasting relationships with your team, parents and members of the school community.

**To be a Successful Applicant you Must**:

- Show clear and strong leadership skills and have a genuine passion and love for working with children
- Be dedicated and passionate about delivering the best childcare service and experience possible
- Have excellent communication skills with all parents, children and team members
- Have the ability to assist children with additional needs
- Previous experience working with children of all ages
- Previous experience in leadership and management is strongly preferred
- Hold a minimum of a Certificate 3 in Education and Care
- A valid WWC and First aid certificate
