**Duties and Responsibilities**:
General
- Plan and follow-up progress of electrical works at site.
- Proactively manage the scope of work, material flow and secure needed resources.
- Plan and coordinate Last Planner System (LPS) activities with the subcontractors and monitor the progress accordingly.
- Facilitate Root Cause Analyses and solve constraints of electrical works.
- To ensure that electrical as-built drawings are completed and communicated.
- To safeguard the compliance with HSSE policies and minimize risks in electrical installation and commissioning.

Construction & Installation
- Coordinate construction and installation works in cooperation with Civil and Mechanical disciplines.
- Ensure that design and installation instructions are followed.
- Review invoices from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Advise and support the client in planning, organizing and execution of tests.

Testing & Commissioning
- Manage and plan safe inspections and test procedures.
- Instruct and advise the supervisors and subcontractor to use accepted test and inspection methods and proper test equipment.
- Ensure testing of installed equipment and document test results.

**Requirements**:

- Electrical Engineering Degree
- 5+ Years' in an Electrical Management Position
- Experience in renewable energy (BESS is desirable)
