Job Description
Position Purpose:
The Estate Manager is the public 'face' of the estate and must possess an innate and exceptional knowledge of the estate, the surrounding competition, local facilities, amenities, and upcoming developments.
The Estate Manager is responsible for meeting targets, providing information to the Development Team and RPM, and maintaining the highest level of professionalism and representation of the estate.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Sales/FinancialsNegotiate with potential buyers and present offers
Meet sales targets
Customer/Stakeholder ManagementDevelop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, promoting the land estate and obtaining packages from builders to promote via builders, print media, and online channels
Establish and maintain close working relationships with builders and stakeholders to drive referrals
Possess in-depth knowledge of the estate, competitors, local facilities, and upcoming amenities
Leadership, People & CultureManage and provide ongoing advice and training to the estate team
Maintain professionalism and represent the estate effectively
Systems, Processes, Reporting & InsightsManage new and existing enquiries to facilitate sales and provide feedback on communications
Oversee settlement risk assessments and communicate with purchasers at each milestone
Ensure external maintenance items are reported daily and included in weekly reports
Provide marketing, sales, and product feedback to the project team to achieve targets and maximize growth
Report on competitor activity monthly
Maintain a well-presented sales office with current marketing materials and supplies
Strategy, Business Development & InnovationAdvise on pricing strategies and competitive estate pricing
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience in the property industry is desirable
Strong communication skills to engage and influence diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM systems
