A dynamic leadership role in a thriving real estate agency.


The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations across two offices, leading and supporting administration, sales, and property management teams. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines office management, people management, and HR responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the smooth operation of two offices, ensuring administrative efficiency, compliance, and a positive workplace culture.
  • Lead and support administration, sales, and property management teams to achieve business goals.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, HR records, and staff support to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Maintain systems, compliance processes, and office resources to ensure operational excellence.
  • Ensure listing, sales, and property files meet legislative requirements and comply with industry standards.
  • Partner with payroll to manage entitlements, leave, and wage compliance.
  • Coordinate diaries, meetings, events, and sponsorships to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement training, professional development, and engagement initiatives to enhance team performance.
  • Ensure WHS compliance and organise safety training / protocols to protect employees and clients.
  • Assist the Director with confidential projects including acquisitions and business growth strategies.

Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in office management, preferably in real estate or property.
  • Strong HR generalist experience including recruitment, ER, and compliance.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage teams.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office & real estate software preferred but not essential.
  • Emotional intelligence, discretion, and ability to manage sensitive matters.
