**Assistant S**
**tore Manager / Manager in Training** to join this fabulous store on James Street.

**You will bring**:

- The ability to be your team's motivational leader, with the desire for learning new skills
- Experience in working towards store sales targets and KPI's.
- An understanding of rostering, wage management and performance management.
- Excellent people management
- Previous experience in visual merchandising and stock management
- Excellent time management, communication and organisational skills

**The role**:

- Learning and developing your own and the teams skills to stay up to date with the latest trends and products
- Providing a tailored client experience to every single customer
- Leading, training and mentoring your team.
- Stock management including ordering, visual merchandising, stocktake and managing all shrinkage.
