Monash Health is excited to announce Wellbeing Support Worker positions in the Core Community Treatment Team with the Early in Life Mental Health Service. ELMHS provides a range of mental health services to pregnant mothers, infants, children, adolescents, and their families within the Southern Region.

The organisational and clinical model has been developed to provide mental health care that is flexible and responsive to the individual and developmental needs of the perinatal to adolescent populations and their families. As such, this model will support the provision of integrated mental health care for young people, guided by consistent, service-wide protocols and principles of care.

The Core Community Treatment Team within Early in Life Mental Health Service provides treatment to children, young people and families across the Southern region. Clinicians on this team will work across a range of sites including Casey, Dandenong and Frankston. Core Community Treatment is predominantly offered in a clinic
- based setting in session-limited packages of care that can comprise:

- Individual intervention
- Parent intervention
- Matrix treatment modalities

**About The Role**

The positions can be F/T or part-time ongoing roles, working across Monash Health sites and providing outreach support as required.

**About the Core Community Treatment Team**

ELMHS provides a range of mental health services to pregnant mothers, infants, children, adolescents, and their families within the Southern Region.

The Early in Life Mental Health Services (ELMHS) provides assessment and treatment for infants, children, adolescents, young people and their families. We work with the 0-18 age in the Southern Region. We provide a comprehensive assessment service and a range of treatment options including inpatient treatment in times of crisis, community (outpatient) treatment, group programs, family therapy, and specialist services.

The organisational and clinical model has been developed to provide mental health care that is flexible and responsive to the individual and developmental needs of the perinatal to adolescent populations and their families.
