Based in Busselton and supporting clients across WA, we7re a forward-thinking accounting firm that7s proud to combine professional expertise with genuine personal service.We service clients predominantly in the South West region of WA and as well as throughout the State, in various industries including agriculture, construction, hospitality and retail.With a close-knit team, we7re growing steadily and committed to creating a supportive, down-to-earth workplace where everyone can thrive.The RoleWe7re seeking a motivated Receptionist & Office Support team member who will be the welcoming face and voice of STA.This role is perfect for someone who is friendly, professional, and organised someone who enjoys variety in their day and takes pride in creating a positive client experience while keeping the office running smoothly.Key responsibilities include:Being the first point of contact greeting clients, managing calls, and scheduling appointments.Providing administrative support to our team.Managing emails, correspondence, and ATO communications.Preparing invoices and processing payments.Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.Maintaining client databases and assisting with document management.General admin support as required.About YouWe7d love to hear from you if you have:Previous experience in reception or office administration (professional/financial services experience highly regarded).
A professional, courteous manner and excellent communication skills.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.The ability to prioritise, problem solve, and work both independently and as part of a team.Competence with Microsoft Office and confidence learning new systems.A positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine commitment to client service.Why Join STA?
