As Front of House Team Leader you'll support the management team in the daily duties of operations of the business, while providing leadership and direction to all front of house staff.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service and train your team to provide the same.
- Ensure all items served/sold to guests/customers are of the highest standard.
- Be proficient in all systems used in the day to day running of the business, i.e. Lightspeed, Channel Manager, Open Table, Website, Social Media assets. - training/updating skills and training.
- Take bookings for dining, accommodation, and functions.
- Aid productivity to ensure effective service and daily targets are reached.
- Monitor stock and compile weekly orders. _- regular stocktakes, understand the par levels and order to ensure items don't run out._
- Ensure correct opening and closing responsibilities are carried out by all staff.
- Participate in staff meetings and training as required.
- Contribute to ideas and practices to continue to improve the business operations.
- Aid in the supervision and training of the part-time/ casual staff.
- Liaise with the head chef and management regarding functions, menus, specials_._
- Manage FOH cleaning schedule, delegate to staff on duty.
- Compile FOH rosters based on bookings, functions, and accommodation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar position.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol.
- Current Food Safe Certificate.
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge or willingness to learn.
- Excellent verbal communication and memorization skills.
- Exceptional organizational ability and decision-making skills.
- Great interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Availability to work occasional evenings for special events, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to perform additional duties to facilitate operations, as needed.

**Salary**: $25.00 - $57.00 per hour
