What you can expect in this role:

This casual position offers variety; you'll work across different areas such as managing Reservations, conducting Night Audits, assisting guests as a Porter, and greeting and checking in guests as a Front Desk Receptionist.

What you will bring:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
  • Experience with hotel reservations software RMS is preferred but not essential
  • Previous experience in a front office role or customer service is preferred
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • A flexible approach to working hours over a 7-day roster, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings
