Work that matters
Working alongside one other colleague at an international level, you will be accountable for executing the strategy to attract, engage & retain quality Doctors (Radiologists), Registrars and Fellows for I-MED and drive Doctor recruitment outcomes. The key imperative of this role is not just recruiting to vacancies, but also developing long term talent pipelines for our business.
As a highly skilled Talent Attraction / Executive Search lead, and working with our senior leadership team, you will build our doctor workforce plan, deliver local and international attraction strategies and build a highly managed Talent Pipeline. You have in-depth strategic sourcing experience and can demonstrate how you engage and work with multiple senior stakeholder groups to influence and deliver the right strategic outcomes.
You are a superb communicator and influencer, as well as deadline driven and able to demonstrate outstanding capability in delivering goals, initiatives and operational improvements. You are driven, energetic and experienced in compiling data and analytics to inform and update senior executives as required. Key to your success is your ability to understand and navigate complex stakeholder environments, engage medical professionals, executives and peers effectively and build consensus where required.
Healthcare experience is not essential but a passion to understand the complex world of radiology and work tirelessly in a global talent short market is.
This role can be flexibly located, however ideally will be based in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. There will be travel locally and interstate, and international as necessary.
