**Job Description** What you'll do**:
This is your opportunity to produce innovative, platform-specific content across multiple verticals and be a big part of our digital content evolution. You'll drive audience engagement through creative formats tailored to each platform's unique requirements.
- Lead the development of original content specifically designed for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, implementing new approaches that respond to platform trends
- Build and grow our digital presence by creating platform-specific content series that connect with targeted audiences
- Collaborate with the Audience Development Strategist to understand performance data and together shape content strategy
- Design end-to-end content production workflows, from conceptualisation to publication, ensuring trust in our brand voice across platforms
- Initiate experiments with emerging formats and inclusive content approaches that support our audience growth objectives
- Present and deliver engaging on-camera content for short-form video

**Qualifications** What are we looking for?**
- Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours (we change the game, we own it, we step in, we are curious, we don't take ourselves too seriously).
- Demonstrated expertise in creating engaging content across multiple social platforms, with an understanding of what makes content perform well on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams while responding to audience needs and platform-specific requirements
- Creative skills to design and implement innovative content formats that connect with targeted digital audiences
- Experience in producing video content, from scriptwriting to storyboarding, with a commitment to quality and brand consistency
- Analytical mindset to understand performance metrics and adapt content strategies accordingly, supporting data-driven decision making
