PWR is looking for an experienced and creative Content Producer to support the creation of high-quality, engaging content for our YouTube channel whilist working alongside our multi-talented IRL producer.
This role will focus on producing immersive content that inspires gaming communities, strengthens our brand and tells the PWR story.If you're passionate about digital content, storytelling and captivating an audience on YouTube, we want to hear from you
Scroll to ExploreYour Mission is toProduce long-form YouTube content for PWR (IRL or IRL-gaming) from concept to executionCollaborate with the team to brainstorm, plan and script video ideas that establish PWR as a leader in IRL gaming contentHelp organize and oversee shoots, managing budgets, logistics and talent coordinationBrief and manage editors to ensure high-quality edits that align with PWR's creative visionLead communication and workflow across creative teams (content managers, VFX designers and graphic artists) to ensure the accurate exchange of informationWork with the social media team to promote PWR's videos and engage with the gaming communityWork with brands to develop and integrate sponsored content into PWR's videosAnalyse video performance and audience insights to refine strategies and improve future contentAbout You2+ years of experience in content production, preferably YouTube contentStrong understanding of YouTube content trends, pacing and audience engagement strategiesExecution-focused, with strong logical thinking and the ability to turn ideas into well structured, high-quality contentRequirementsExperience in meticulous planning, time management and overseeing video shoots, including logistics, budgeting and talent coordinationSupreme organizational and communication skillsA proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt in fast paced environmentsOnly successful candidates will be contacted.
