In this role, you will manage customer platform implementations within the region through a combination of both hands-on delivery management and delegation to deliver team members. Contribute to the practices used in all delivery. Takes commercial ownership of the financial outcomes of projects for which they are responsible.

**The role includes the following responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all customer platform implementations within the region.
- Responsible for working with the Delivery Practice Manager to help define the approach for project delivery including:

- Methodologies, processes, tools, and techniques
- Risk and issue management, change management and reporting
- Adherence to the Information Security Management System across all delivery activities.
- Management of customer relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Timely escalation of risks and issues to the Head of Delivery as required
- Complying with company policies and procedures on the handling of personal data, data confidentiality, and information security

**The role requires the following skills and experience**:

- Experience within the Insurance domain is highly desirable
- Experience working in a Software vendor in a comparable role is highly desirable
- Experience in the successful, on-time, on-budget delivery of large and complex technology projects
- Problem-solving in an ambiguous environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen, commercial and analytics skills
- Leadership and change management competencies and capabilities
- Experience working in a software development environment across the full SDLC
- Values collaboration and teamwork, and focuses on the achievement of team goals
- Establishes and maintains effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working in small environments without defined practices and processes
