**About the client**

This award-winning financial services organisation with a well-received product range are going through an unprecedented period of growth off the back of new client wins, a long-term business roadmap and strong backing. They are looking for a dynamic Delivery Manager to join their team.

Technology is at the heart of this and as a result they are looking to bring in experienced IT Project Managers to deliver their software platform into their large and small general insurance client base.

**About the role**:
We are looking for an experienced Technology Delivery Manager with excellent communication, stakeholder engagement skills, a strategic focus, and a drive to deliver Technology. This role will oversee the work of a group of talented Implementation Consultants as you work through the with as you define the delivery approach for each customer and implement a complex software product.

**Full Job Description**
- This role will require advanced stakeholder engagement skills to build and navigate relationships across diverse technology teams both internally and with clients
- We are looking for true Project Management Leadership both from a technology and a team management perspective and somebody who has true pedigree in terms of delivering complex, projects with immense amounts of data.
- Responsible for all customer platform implementations within the region
- Complying with company policies and procedures on the handling of personal data, data confidentiality and information security
- Timely escalation of risks and issues to the Head of Delivery as required
- Experience in managing both waterfall and agile software delivery projects

**Qualifications & Experience**
- A t least 5 years' consistent current Project Management experience, ideally within Insurance companies.
- Experience in managing both waterfall and agile software delivery projects
- Experience of implementing software platforms into complex organisations.
- Proven ability to thrive within a pressured, fast pace and changing environment.
Formal Project Management Qualifications
- Leadership and change management competencies and capabilities
- A proven ability to manage demanding internal stakeholders, vendors and regulatory requirements.
- Proven evidence of being able to work with ambiguity and a true 'can do' mentality.
