Are you a motivated and highly skilled professional looking for a new challenge? We are currently seeking an Inventory Manager to join our Warehouse team in Penrith. As the Inventory Manager, you will play a crucial role in our operations, reporting directly to the Homebuilders Manager and collaborating with other senior staff members.
**Your new role**
**Responsibilities**:
- Purchasing stock such as fixtures and appliances
- Conducting cycle counting and stocktakes
- Efficiently locating stock in bins
- Managing interbranch transfers and inward goods activity
- Coordinating material requirements for projects/homebuilder releases
- Forecasting stock requirements based on relevant information
- Resolving availability issues by analysing supply chain data
- Investigating stock-related shortfalls and identifying suitable procurement alternatives
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Proficient understanding of inventory management practices
- Team player with a willingness to learn and grow
- High level of computer literacy
