Inventory Manager

We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our inventory team.
As an Inventory Manager, you will oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise ensuring that products are accurately counted and tracked. You will work closely with the sales floor team to maintain a clean and organized store environment and ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed and merchandised.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to effectively train and supervise a team of stockroom employees.
- Ensure accurate and timely receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise.
- Manage and maintain inventory levels, including counting, tracking, and reporting on inventory.
- Oversee the stockroom team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales floor team to maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment.
- 1-2 years experience in inventory management or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory management software.
