**Responsibilities**:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles across various business units - advertising, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing offers.
- Host weekly recruitment check-ins with key stakeholders to align on hiring priorities, pipeline status, and offer approvals.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines and sourcing strategies, leveraging multiple channels including job boards, social platforms, and agencies.
- Prepare offer paperwork and ensure compliance with internal approval processes and hiring documentation.
- Collaborate with People & Culture colleagues to support onboarding processes and ensure new hires are set up for success.
- Uphold inclusive hiring practices and actively contribute to building diverse talent pools.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements to streamline and elevate the recruitment function.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years' experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within financial services or technology environments.
- Proven success managing high-volume hiring while maintaining quality of hire and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers across all levels.
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing across multiple channels.
- Strong organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Extensive experience using ATS and reporting tools.
- A strong understanding of inclusive hiring practices and commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
