As a Talent Partner at American Express, you will be responsible for strategically driving the end-to-end hiring, delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and Hiring Leaders
You will implement recruiting processes to acquire the best talent with speed and quality.
A talent champion who can actively stay connected to a strong candidate pipeline, build and maintain long-term relationships whilst ensuring every interaction reflects the quality and energy of the American Express (AXP) brand
Role & Responsibilities:Own and manage quality screening, interview, and offer processes for roles across Sales, Marketing, Service (volume) or Corporate Services for the A/NZ MarketChampion operational excellence by using available technology and standard processes to improve efficiency, quality and speed for both in-person and virtual hiringContribute to broader Talent Acquisition strategies to ensure the delivery of qualified and diverse talentRecommend and drive improvements to the local sourcing strategy and pipeline by actively collaborating with the Recruitment Manager A/NZWork with Hiring Leader's to achieve headcount goals, gather key input for candidate slates, provide feedback on candidates and influences hiring decisionsUpdate and post jobs, manage requisitions, and disposition candidatesConduct first round interviews, intake meetings, interview debriefs, and reviews assessmentsStructure new offers and work with the compensation team to determine appropriate packages and negotiate offersCommunicate proactively and in a timely manner with candidates, providing details on the selection process and Hiring Leader feedbackMinimum Qualifications:Excellent communication, collaboration, influencing, and problem-solving skillsSegment and industry-specific knowledgeAbility to partner with ancillary groups supporting Talent Acquisition processesAbility to make logical decisions in a complex environmentAbility to work in a high-volume environment, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize accordinglyAbility to influence at the highest levelsPreferred Qualifications:Recruitment experience in medium-to-large multi-national organisationWe back you with benefits that support your holistic well-being so you can be and deliver your best.
