We are now looking for a **Finance PMO** will play a pivotal role in driving financial transformation, managing finance-related technology projects, and optimising financial systems at Luxury Escapes.

This position is responsible for overseeing finance system implementations, integrations, automation, and digital transformation initiatives to enhance financial reporting, budgeting, and business decision-making.

Reporting to our CFO this role serves as a key bridge between Finance, Technology, and business units, ensuring financial systems and processes are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business needs.

**What you'll do**:

- Lead and oversee finance system implementations, upgrades, and integrations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Develop project roadmaps, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Work with Technology teams to integrate finance platforms with ERP, CRM, and business intelligence (BI) tools for seamless data flow.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Manage the automation of finance workflow**s**, reducing manual effort and improving accuracy.
- Establish and maintain financial project governance frameworks and best practices to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Ensure financial systems adhere to internal controls, audit requirements, and risk management standards.
- Identify opportunities for financial process automation, including AI-driven reporting, robotic process automation (RPA), and cloud-based solutions.
- Implement efficiency measures to enhance reporting accuracy, reduce errors, and streamline financial close processes.
- Act as the key liaison between Finance, Technology, and business teams, ensuring seamless collaboration on system implementations and enhancements.
- Provide regular updates on finance transformation initiatives, including risks, key deliverables, and ROI analysis, to senior stakeholders.

**What we are looking for**:

- Financial Systems & Technology Expertise - Experience in ERP (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), FP&A tools, and system integrations.
- Project Management & Governance - Proven ability to lead finance transformation projects, system rollouts, and integrations.
- Automation & Digital Finance - Experience with RPA, AI-driven financial tools, and cloud-based solutions to optimize finance processes.
- Stakeholder Management - Ability to collaborate with Technology, Finance, and Business teams to drive transformation.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance Awareness - Understanding of financial controls, cybersecurity risks, and data governance in financial systems.
- Agility & Change Leadership - Experience leading change management and training teams on new financial technologies.
