The ideal candidate will bring a positive can-do attitude and a strong eagerness to learn.Responsibilities:To maintain the necessary requirements to ensure that the data relating to the daily, weekly and monthly operations of the Group Fleet department.
Drafting and processing fleet dealsOrganising Vehicle Registration and preparing logbooksBooking trucks for deliveriesOrganising Vehicle RO's and detailing listUpdating al the dealer portals for the FMO'sCompliance with procedures and policiesAd-hoc administration dutiesThe successful candidate will need the following:Full work rights in AustraliaExceptional interpersonal and customer service skillsProficient computer skills with a basic understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookAttention to detailCapability to perform effectively under pressureWhat we offer:Embrace development and mentoring from your team, fostering personal and professional growth
