**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**:
The role itself requires a customer focussed and outcome driven team player to join our team, offer solutions and understanding to our valued customer database. Full training and support is provided to ensure you have the skills, tools and opportunity to develop into a rewarding career.

**THE MAIN RESPONSBILITIES OF THIS ROLE ARE**:
The main duties for this role will involve providing customer service in store as well as managing telephone enquiries.
- Manage service and warranty bookings
- Assist customers with warranty cases
- Process warranty
- Assist customers with spare parts and assist with spare parts orders
- Cash handling
- Liaising with suppliers
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Coordinate insurance repair work and maintain regular and timely communication with all parties' to the claim.

**WHAT YOU ALREADY HAVE**

You will have excellent time management and prioritisation skills, the desire to deliver an exceptional customer experience, sound problem solving skills and an excellent communicator.
- Experience in handling warranty claims in the automotive or leisure industry (ideal)
- Has a background & previous experience in Parts in the Caravan, Automotive, or a similar Industry. (ideal)
- A desire to efficiently and diligently manage our warranty claim process
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn (mandatory)
- Good written and verbal communication skills (mandatory)
- Reliability and honesty
- Intermediate level computer proficiency
- Administration skills along with good organisational skills
- Effective time management skills
- An excellent attitude and ability to work well within a team
- Outstanding customer service skills

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Unanderra, NSW 2526: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (required)
- Administration: 1 year (required)
