**About the Role**:
We're looking for a proactive and strategic **Marketing Manager** to lead group-wide marketing across a variety of business units, from B2B to B2C. This is a hands-on, fast-moving role where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for delivering impactful campaigns, shaping brand identity, and driving performance across digital and traditional platforms.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy and calendar
- Lead digital channels including social media, eDMs, and websites
- Manage content creation and ensure consistency across touchpoints
- Oversee the full rebuild of the group website
- Create and implement brand assets (brand book, tone of voice, guidelines)
- Manage sponsorships and event marketing
- Develop B2B marketing materials and presentations
- Partner with stakeholders across multiple business units
- Lead PR, influencer, and media activities
- Support budgeting, invoicing, and project delivery
- Ensure alignment with company policies, compliance and WH&S

**What You'll Bring**:

- 5+ years' experience in a marketing role
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- A strategic mindset with creative execution
- Passion for brand-building and content marketing
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- A background in luxury retail
