**About the role**:
We are seeking to appoint an Analyst L1 for the Media in our Kensington office, this is a full time position. The primary objective of the role is to perform routine media preparation, media QC, release media batches, stock check and media production daily plan. Any experience with equipment maintenance, familiar with autoclave, RO water system will be priority considered.

**Requirements**:

- Maintaining laboratory workplace safety
- Indicative skills and methods used at this level may include; use of autoclave, aseptically technical skill, and follow up all media QC parameter checks.
- Follow up Corrective Action Reports and Laboratory Investigation Reports
- Assisting with writing and reviewing laboratory documentation such as standard operating procedures and induction for new team members
- Implementing workplace learning by; setting team member training and performance goals and ensuring team members are trained, competent, performance reviewed and supported in their career development
- Mentoring team members and contributing to effective teams and relationships
- Working on the bench
- Contributing to optimising performance
- Implementing the operational plan Managing stocks and supplies

Ongoing Drug & Alcohol testing will be a requirement of working on site.
