
Communications And Change Executive

As part of the Infrastructure and Personal Technology (IPT) division, our team leads global internal communication and change programs that aim to inspire, engage, and drive awesome customer outcomes aligned with our strategic goal of delivering technology that is #FitfortheFuture.
Using your prior knowledge and experience, you will drive and deliver customer and employee engagement initiatives as well as develop and design BAU change communications for technology projects. You are someone that is creative and knows how to build and market change and communication campaigns on brand.
You will be able to identify and scale up or down the comms and engagement activities required for each project, making sure to prioritise your time accordingly. You will be confident challenging the status quo keeping in order to deliver amazing experiences keeping our customers and our people at the heart of all you do. A natural team player and self-starter, you will take a highly collaborative approach to build partnerships with technology and change teams to succeed.
**Key responsibilities will include**:
- Partnering with people leads to support project delivery for the development and implementation of their technology services, increasing customer adoption and creating amazing customer experiences
- Assessing customer impact and how the change will impact target audiences as they transition from current state to future state
- Writing, proofing, and coordinating customer engagement communications (written and visual) for multiple channels, including change management activities (drop-in Q&As)
- Work in partnership with the wider corporate communications team to align internal messaging and ensure consistency across communication strategies
- Creating and coordinating engagement initiatives (e.g., new starter experiences, executive meet and greets, merchandise swag bags, networking events)
- Designing and delivering creative communications and designs
- Unify the voice of IPT ensuring we cut through the noise and deliver the right message at the right time to amplify the positive impact of our programs
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-stater who is outcomes focused and has an interest in Communications, Change, Employee Engagement, Marketing, Learning and Technology. You need to be comfortable engaging with a broad cross section of stakeholders including senior management and technology teams to translate technology language easily to non-technical people.
