About the Position

The Newcastle Knights are seeking a Casual Membership and Ticketing Assistant to support day-to-day membership and ticketing operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing member inquiries, requests, and payments
  • Supporting seat allocation and changes
  • Providing customer service
  • Handling general administrative duties

This casual role will require approximately 2 days per week with flexibility to increase or decrease as needed. Availability for evening and weekend games during the NRL season is also required.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you'll need strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in customer-facing roles, administration, or sales is essential.
