Your Role Your day will see you doing everything that is needed to ensure the Marina guests stay runs smoothly and they enjoy their time with us.
Where you'll make an impact Full time permanent positionCoordinate arrivals, departures, airport and resort transfers for the Marina guestsMeet and greet all vessel owners and crew into the Marina and Dent Island mooringsEnsure a high level of customer service and guest satisfactionFulfil day-to-day request from skippers including cleaning and detailing of vessels; delivery and pickup of laundry and linen and administration dutiesTake paymentsDealing with all general enquiries and complaints in a pleasant and efficient mannerAssist with Marina Office and boatyard duties as required What we're looking for You will love boats, boaties and everything to do with the water.
You're sharp and super organised.
You are an excellentcommunicator, both written and verbal and have an unwavering commitment to providing friendly, efficient service.
