The Role We are seeking an organised, proactive, and results-driven Event Sales & Administration Manager to oversee our event sales pipeline while managing the smooth flow of administration across our hospitality operations.
This dual role blends sales leadership , client relationship management , and administrative coordination , ensuring that both our events and our internal processes run at the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities Event Sales Manage and respond to all event and booking enquiries with professionalism and efficiency Create tailored proposals, quotes, and event packages for clients Conduct site inspections and client meetings, showcasing venue capabilities Build and maintain relationships with repeat and high-value clients Collaborate with marketing on sales campaigns, promotions, and lead generation Track and report on sales performance, conversion rates, and occupancy targets Administration Oversee and maintain the bookings and event calendar, CRM and ticket management Coordinate contracts, invoices, and
