**About Role**

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

The HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) Advisor is responsible for working collaboratively with the Water Quality Team and the Quality Advisor to manage an effective and efficient Integrated Management System in compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, in addition to being the main Workcover point of contact.

This position is part of the Operations Department located in Dandenong South and will be **hybrid**.

**What You'll Be Doing**_(Job Responsibilities) _
- Advise on matters related to Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Management Systems (OHSE)
- Facilitate OHSE Committee Meetings
- Investigate OHSE non-conformances, incidents, accidents and near-misses
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance against the requirements of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Manage the full return to work process, acting as Workcover point of contact, maintaining confidentiality of associates' information

**What We Are Looking For**_(Skills & Qualifications)_
- A minimum of 5 years' experience developing and implementing occupational health and safety and environmental management systems in a similar industry
- Demonstrated success assisting companies in similar industries to gain and/or manage ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliant management systems
- Proven experience conducting internal audits
- Proven experience in managing confidential data
- Formal training in ISO 14001 and 45001 is preferred
