Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a recruitment specialist, you will work alongside the TA team to provide high-level support in talent acquisition. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and compliance checks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of staff
  • Respond to inquiries about recruitment activities and job vacancy statuses

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in a similar role assisting with high-volume recruitment for various roles
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

What You'll Get:

  • 6-month contract with potential for permanency
