Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

The Human Resources Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping recruitment and supporting employee relations matters. They will be part of an esteemed not-for-profit organisation delivering services across New South Wales.

About the Role:
  • Lead, support and develop a small People & Talent team to drive organisational success.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment with the support of a skilled Talent Acquisition Officer.
  • Ensure workplace health and safety and compliance are upheld at all times.
  • Design and implement fit-for-purpose recruitment processes and reporting frameworks to enhance business outcomes.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex employment relations matters and performance management issues.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience in HR Generalist or HR Manager roles with hands-on exposure to intricate employment relations issues.
  • A solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment practices and what 'best-in-class' looks like in talent acquisition.
  • Experience working within purpose-led or regulated sectors including NFP, health and education.
  • A current Working with Children Check is highly desirable.
