We are currently looking for 2 superstar Customer Marketing Assistant's to join our Marketing team during a time of growth. As ING's Customer Marketing Assistant you will be part of an agile, customer-centric team working to deliver impactful customer communications to drive key business objectives.

You'll support the on-boarding experience for new customers and help us to get to know them and their banking needs. You'll consistently engage our customer base to ensure that they are familiar with the features and benefits of our products and are getting the most value.

**What are you going to do? You will be**
- Working in an agile team to deliver communications relevant to customer and business needs.
- Continuing to review and optimise customer communications library based on results and A/B message testing.
- Identifying and managing potential risks to customers and the business and proactively manage with relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborating with analytics, customer strategy, product SMEs, creative studio and other squad members to design and implement 1:1 communications to customers.
- Conducting quality and accuracy checks on communications and customer targeting

**What are we looking for? Someone who has**
- 3-5+ years in delivering high impact marketing communications - financial services experience is a bonus.
- Experience in 1:1 data driven communications.
- Experience working in agile or dynamic team environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of test and learn frameworks, propensity tools and segment marketing approaches.
- Strong commercial acumen and communication skills
