**About the Role - It is a Melbourne based assignment that will allow suitable resources to work remotely within Australia.**

We are looking for a **seasoned Implementation Manager with significant experience in ERP project delivery such as SAP and/or Dynamics 365 to manage a blended team of onsite and off-shore** resources in successful project delivery.

You will be responsible for setting up and managing the delivery of all phases of the project life cycle including: analysing, designing, modelling, testing, training, pre and post Go live support, and deploying suitable and appropriate solutions.

**What is required?**
- Demonstrate capabilities in evaluating processes and recommending improvements.
- Understand how to build and maintain positive client and peer relationships.
- Excellent customer facing skills, able to communicate at all levels of an organization, from C-Suite, SME, and End users.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable in settings from smaller Discovery/Workshop environments all the way to the Board Room.
- Prepared for some domestic and international travel as required.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a larger team throughout an enterprise transformation.
- High degree of initiative and personal responsibility.

**Required qualifications**:

- Successful completion of a post-secondary degree/diploma in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- ** Minimum of 5+ years of experience with full life-cycle implementation of ERP projects**:

- ** D365FO/ Dynamics AX Retail experience will be an advantage**:

- **Significant Experience managing blended teams of onsite and off-shore resources in successful delivery**:

- **Experience in the Agile way of work is preferred**:

- Proven experience leading requirement gathering and discovery with users and stakeholders
- Participation in FIT/GAP process and ability to write complete functional design specifications
- Solid experience in designing and writing technical specification documents
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ERP implementation principles, practices, and methodologies

**Certifications in one or more of the following will be an advantage**:

- MB-300: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operations
- MB-340: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Functional Consultant
- PL-900: Power Platform Fundamentals
