ERP Implementation and IT Infrastructure Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced ERP implementation manager to oversee the successful deployment of our enterprise resource planning system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Lead the implementation team to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of the ERP project.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and develop detailed project plans.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT, finance, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Mapping and Implementation Planning: Develop and execute process maps for pre- and post-implementation phases, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Cutover Plan Management: Oversee the development and execution of the cutover plan, minimizing disruption to business operations.
ERP System Administration:
  • NetSuite Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize NetSuite to meet business needs, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • System Integration and Testing: Lead integration and testing efforts to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
Change Management:
  • Communicate Change Impact: Effectively communicate the impact of changes to stakeholders, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption.
  • Gap Analysis and Training: Identify training needs and develop training programs to address gaps in user knowledge and skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Project Management Experience: Proven experience in managing complex projects, with a focus on budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • ERP Implementation Expertise: Strong knowledge of ERP systems, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Change Management Skills: Ability to lead change initiatives, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and manage resistance to change.
Education and Certifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications, such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or SAP Certified Associate.
