Are you a customer service rockstar who's ready to bring your exceptional skills to a workplace that's all about fun and excitement? We are currently looking for new team members to join our SkyCity Rewards team to help deliver incredible service to our customers and members.

**So, what does the role look like?**

You will deliver exceptional customer service to SkyCity Adelaide customers, ensuring they feel welcomed by your polite and friendly interactions. You will create a comfortable environment for our customers and anticipate their needs through efficient and timely service, whilst acquiring new SkyCity Rewards members using proactive recruitment methods. This role will also support the marketing team as we deliver promotions to our guests. You'll be on your feet during your shift, so this role isn't for the faint-hearted but if you love the thought of fun and excitement at work then look no further

**What you will look like?**

First and foremost, you'll be passionate about customer service and will understand the importance of managing sensitive and confidential information. You'll be a natural at anticipating customer needs, managing problems with ease, and providing quality service with flair. You'll be a confident communicator and will have an outgoing, friendly, and positive nature. You'll have an eye for detail, and a mature attitude.

This role does require some flexibility with availability to work across our operations. We are looking for people with 24/7 availability, who can weekdays/nights and weekends.
