**The role**

This extremely varied role requires you to act as the link between the administration team and the accountants, and gives you the chance to work on different tasks day to day.

**Responsibilities**
- Significantly contributing to the overall success and progression of the firm
- Support the Directors in overseeing the daily running of the business
- Managing and training of two direct reports (their responsibilities will include payroll, cashflow reporting and ASIC Administration)
- Assisting with the recruitment process, coordinate and plan performance reviews, and conduct exit interviews
- Drive office wide initiatives, plus coordinate staff social functions
- Involvement of internal interviews, providing support to the Partners, reporting back on key elements weekly
- Coordinate and supervise the preparation of annual budgets
- Contribute to the success of the marketing strategy
- Coordinating and implementing staff training sessions and ensure all staff actively integrate the skills into their role.
- Implementation of new and updated software and programs and additional IT support

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in Finance or Accounting Office Administration/Management
- Experience in managing/supervising staff
- ASIC and ATO experience
