About the Role Are you ready to play a key role in shaping risk management and policy at BOQ Group?
As our Senior Manager, Prudential Governance and Policy, you'll be the go-to person for all things prudential governance, risk policies and standards.
You'll work closely with leaders across the business, supporting the Head of Risk Governance & Reporting to uplift frameworks, policies and standards as part of our Risk Transformation Program.
In this role, you'll lead the annual prudential standard attestation process, help drive improvements in policies and standards and make sure we're always on top of our regulatory obligations.

You'll collaborate with a wide range of internal stakeholders—from the Chief Risk Officer and General Managers to divisional leads and the regulatory engagement team.
Sometimes, you'll also work with external consultants to make sure our standards are best-in-class.About you You're experienced in financial services, ideally banking and you bring a strong understanding of risk management and prudential standards.

You're a natural communicator, comfortable preparing clear, concise briefings for senior stakeholders.
You're confident with MS Office, especially PowerPoint, and if you know your way around Service Now, that's a bonus (but not a dealbreaker).
