We're looking for an Occupational Therapist Team Leader to join our Camberwell team.
Please note, there is scope for this role to grow into Clinical Lead.
What you'll do:
Provide high-quality, play-based therapy in our clinic – with opportunities to support in the home, school, and community
Grow and lead a new clinic within an established organisation, building culture, and connection from the ground up
Lead and mentor a team of therapists, fostering collaboration, learning, and professional growth
Build strong relationships with families, schools, and health professionals to support meaningful outcomes
Contribute to collaborative projects and community-led initiatives
Deliver clinical supervision, mentoring, and professional development - and receive heaps of this as well this to others
You're a match if you:
Are a qualified Occupational Therapist with at least 2x years of clinical experience
Have experience leading or mentoring others - and are excited to grow and shape a team
Thrive on building something new, whether that's guiding a clinic from its early days or helping people step into their potential
