Occupational Therapy Leadership Role

The successful candidate will provide evidence-informed occupational therapy services to support individuals with disabilities, empowering them to achieve their goals and lead fulfilling lives.

This leadership position involves leading a team of occupational therapists, providing clinical services to clients, and collaborating with the Professional Lead to drive operational and strategic priorities for the Allied Health Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of occupational therapists in delivering high-quality, client-centered care
  • Collaborate with the Professional Lead to develop and implement operational and strategic plans
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to occupational therapists
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
  • Registration as an Occupational Therapist with relevant professional body
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing operational priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
