IFF is looking for a **Technical Service Manager** to support the continuously growth of Health business in Oceania. This business aim to provide natural and innovative health ingredients for the health industry, which is backed by science and geared toward addressing a wide variety of health concerns.

**Your Focus**

The role will see you communicate science to customers, IFF partners and consumers to build knowledge and interest in probiotics and accelerate growth of the business. By building a strong scientific and regulatory network in the region, you will support clinical research and build a portfolio of IFF Health ingredients with approved health claims.

**How you will contribute and lead**
- Provide technical support to accelerate growth and defend existing business with key customers.
- Provide high quality of technical service and solutions to customers and ensure that projects are progressing as planned.
- Support contract manufacturers with troubleshooting at production level and provide customers with technical training as needed.
- Support regulatory affairs by providing scientific documents and dossiers as needed.
- Present science at conferences and seminars organized for customers.
- Support marketing by providing technical information in a format that is suitable for marketing presentations initiatives in the region.
- Following company policy, operation and management rules to conduct day to day work.

**Job Requirements**:
**What you will need to be successful**
- Minimum Master's or Bachelor degree in Microbiology, Food Science or Human Nutrition. A PhD would be highly regarded.
- 3-5 years' experience from technical work with lactic acid bacteria and preferrable probiotics, in a food ingredient company or pharma business.
- Good communication skills to effectively drive progress of technical, regulatory and sales related projects, in collaboration with stake holders in the commercial, R&D and regulatory organizations.
- Able to work independently on projects and project management.
- Excellent presentation skills.
