**About the role**

The Head of Primary is a pivotal leadership role in the College's executive structure, reporting to the Principal and being responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of the College's Primary School.

The Head of Primary will have an outstanding knowledge of curriculum, pedagogy and pastoral care, and have a proven track record of working with teams to create high-performing cultures that promote student learning.

The Primary School at Mandurah Baptist College currently caters for 700 students from Pre Kindergarten through to Year 6, with a purpose-built Early Learning Centre feeding into established Upper Primary facilities. Shared facilities with the Secondary School include an outstanding Theatre, Sports Centre, ovals, courts and play areas.
