**_Key Accountabilities: _**
- **_Managing scope of works _**:

- **_Managing multiple crews _**:

- **_Procurement _**
- **_Ensure all site works are planned and delivered in compliance with required technical specifications, relevant legislation, approvals and standards and deed obligations _**
- **_Management of subcontractors _**:

- **_Completion of site-specific documentation _**
- **_Maintaining positive relationships with external stakeholders _**
- **_Commitment to Safety, ensuring WH&S requirements and risk controls are adhered to _**

**_Qualifications and Experience Needed: _**
- **_Experience working on road lighting _**:

- **_ITS traffic signals and URD Projects doing conduit works, pits, footings, culverts, and plinths for cabinets _**:

- **_Knowledge of all BCC, TMR & Energex Standards _**:

- **_Ability to run own crews with support from a dedicated project manager _**:

- **_Ability to problem solve on the go _**:

- **_Experience working with apprentices and trainees in a leadership position _**:

- **_Must be a safety leader and willing to commit to quality and safety procedures and work instructions _**

**_Desirable but not mandatory: _**
- **_Open HR Licence _**:

- **_High-Risk Licence - WP/DG/C2/C6 _**:

- **_Machinery tickets _**
