**THE ROLE**

Nutrition Warehouse is looking for a passionate and energised Finance and Payroll Officer to join our growing Finance Team. This newly created role will see you supporting the day-to-day activities for weekly and monthly accounts payable and payroll processing, as well as providing expert advice and customer service to the business.

Key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring timely and accurate processing of creditor invoices
- Responding to and resolving creditor enquiries
- Assisting with reconciliation of creditor statements
- Processing creditor payments and distribution of remittance advices
- Preparing payment batches as required to meet determined payment terms
- Preparing supplier reconciliations on a monthly basis
- PO Management
- Assisting with end-to-end payroll processing and reconciliation for full-time, part-time and casual employees
- Assisting with month end close and internal/external audit queries

**ABOUT YOU**

We are looking for someone who is results focused, prides themselves on accuracy, attention to detail and providing exceptional customer service, and thrives in a team environment.
- 2-3 years experience in accounts payable, finance and payroll processing
- Well-rounded experience handling end-to-end of a smaller business
- Strong computing skills and knowledge of financial software packages
- Well developed communication, negotiation adn interpersonal skills for liaising with staff and external stakeholders
- Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate change and provide responsive services to meet customers' needs
- Ability to prioritise and manage a high-volume workload
- Previous experience using MYOB Exo and Micropay (highly regarded)
