WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You'll be an experienced Plant Operator who's either worked with emulsion manufacturing or understand how it works.
Your key responsibilities would include:
Operating and monitoring plant equipment to achieve optimal results
Maintaining accurate records
Conducting routine inspections and maintenance checks to ensure equipment functionality
Working with the wider Emulsion Operations team to meet production expectations and maintain product quality
Our ideal candidate would have:
Previous experience as a plant operator within manufacturing emulsion (desired)
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
Open Driver's Licence
High Risk Work Licence – Forklift (essential)
QLD Security Clearance Card (or the ability to acquire)
Excellent health and safety practices
A can-do attitude and excellent communication skills
The ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
