WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You'll be an experienced Plant Operator who's either worked with emulsion manufacturing or understand how it works.

Your key responsibilities would include:

  • Operating and monitoring plant equipment to achieve optimal results
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Conducting routine inspections and maintenance checks to ensure equipment functionality
  • Working with the wider Emulsion Operations team to meet production expectations and maintain product quality

Our ideal candidate would have:

  • Previous experience as a plant operator within manufacturing emulsion (desired)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
  • Open Driver's Licence
  • High Risk Work Licence – Forklift (essential)
  • QLD Security Clearance Card (or the ability to acquire)
  • Excellent health and safety practices
  • A can-do attitude and excellent communication skills
  • The ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
