As a Resident Services Assistant you will have the opportunity to multitask across a number of core duties, including:Communicating with residents & monitoring their wellbeingRespond to emergency calls, provide first and and liaise with emergency servicesHousekeeping and general cleaning of common areasFood service and dining room dutiesEnsure a safe working environment by acting as first aid officer & fire evacuation wardenOther various duties according to the shift allocationRoster hoursWe are currently looking for new casuals who have availability to work overnight sleepover shifts and weekends.
Sleepover shifts include a shift that is worked in the evening, and then you will sleepover on site to be on call throughout the night.Your skills and experienceIdeally you will be a person who cares about helping others, and who has experience working with older or disadvantaged people.You might have previously worked in hospitality, customer service, housekeeping, aged care orsecurity and you are ready for a new challenge.
