About the role
Due to our continued growth, we have a need for multiple casual Leisure and Lifestyle Assistants. These roles will report to the Lifestyle Coordinator and work collaboratively with the Lifestyle team and care staff to contribute to healthy ageing programs and choice-based activities. You will provide assistance and support to consumers residing in the residential aged care facility by providing direct support to improve their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing. You will be responsible for providing support to enhance resident participation and engagement in lifestyle activities and programs. A key part of these positions is recognising, respecting, and responding to the individual needs and preferences of each resident.

You are an enthusiastic, creative, and compassionate individual who is passionate about helping people live their best lives. You have a natural ability to connect with individuals from diverse cultural, social, and linguistic backgrounds and are dedicated to supporting our residents in maximising their independence and enhancing their well-being and quality of life. You thrive in collaborative environments, working effectively with a diverse range of people to achieve shared goals. **Minimum 3 months experience** in same or similar role is essential.
