Dental Assistant/Receptionist/Practice Manager

Waterloo Dental is looking for a genuine, fantastic individual to join our team. We are a boutique family owned general practice that offers a range of comprehensive dentistry to our lovely community. Our practice is state of the art and our mission is to deliver excellent patient care.

About the role:
Days and hours will be discussed during the interview but can be flexible.

Remuneration will be discussed during the interview and is based on your experience and what you will offer the practice.

Your duties include daily practice operations, front desk and patient management duties which may include:

- Appointment books
- Payments
- Patient enquiries and treatment-plan coordination
- Ordering and Inventory
- Ensuring the smooth daily operation of the practice
- Patient care
- Chair-side assisting a range of procedures
- Sterilization
- Cleaning
- Lab work coordination

About you:

- Looking for a long term commitment
- Are able to work some evenings till 8pm
- Will be friendly, positive and have genuine people skills
- Organised and efficient
- Have Initiative
- Genuinely committed to providing excellent patient care

Previous dental assisting experience is preferred but training will be provided to the right applicant.

- Dental assisting: 1 year (preferred)
