We're looking for a motivated professional with strong technical expertise and stakeholder engagement skills to join our team, supporting both private sector and federal government clients.
About the RoleThis role offers a dynamic mix of BAU operations and project delivery.
You'll work closely with stakeholders to resolve technical issues, implement solutions, and support the delivery of critical projects.
You'll also contribute to documentation, change processes, and maintain strong working relationships across multiple accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and resolve BAU network issues via ticketing systemsDeliver project outcomes in collaboration with key stakeholdersCreate and update technical documentation for support and project handoverContribute to change management documentation and implementationSupport a range of accounts across the private and government sectorsMaintain clear communication and strong relationships with stakeholders? What We're Looking ForEssential Skills & ExperienceProven experience in network operations and supportHands-on knowledge of Cisco and/or Aruba wireless networking (certs preferred)Routing & switching expertise (Cisco and/or Juniper - certs preferred)Familiarity with data centre, access, and wireless network environmentsStrong documentation and communication skillsAbility to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience working in a Managed Services environmentComfortable in high-paced, high-pressure settingsNice to Have:SD-WAN experience (any vendor)LAN Fabric knowledge (any vendor)Exposure to network security technologies (e.g. Palo Alto, Fortigate)Azure networking experienceStrong multi-vendor troubleshooting skills Other RequirementsMust be based in QLD, NSW or ACTMust hold Baseline or NV1 Security ClearanceWillingness to participate in an on-call rosterThis is a great opportunity to be part of a collaborative, highly skilled team working across key environments.
