Leading a capable IT and development team (including helpdesk, software developers, and external consultants), you\'ll bring clarity, leadership, and technical depth to ensure the organisation\'s systems, platforms, and digital strategy remain at the forefront.Key responsibilities Define and execute the company\'s technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy and objectives.Oversee and guide IT operations, software development, infrastructure, and vendor relationships.Champion innovation through the adoption of emerging technologies and optimisation of existing systems.Provide oversight on critical enterprise platforms including CRM, ERP, WMS, POS, HRIS, Finance, Payroll, and Cloud Infrastructure.Ensure robust risk management, governance, and security practices are in place.Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing technology team.Report to the CEO and Advisory Board, presenting clear updates on project status, risks, opportunities, and performance.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and brand forums.About you We are seeking a seasoned executive with the ability to balance strategic foresight and hands-on leadership.
You will be equally comfortable engaging with the boardroom, your team, and technology vendors to achieve results.What will you bring Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or related field.Proven executive or senior technology leadership experience, ideally reporting to a governance or risk board.Strong background across enterprise systems such as: CRM, ERP, PIM, WMS, POS, TMS, Payroll/Finance, HR Systems, LMS, Security, Middleware, eCommerce, SQL Server, Azure, AWS, .
