We are seeking a passionate, highly creative, genuine, energetic and motivated **Floor Supervisors **on where you will ensure the people you serve will walk away with an out of this world sensory experience. We want to knock them off their feet

This is such an incredible opportunity in which allows you to be part of the exciting journey of being part of an opening from **day one**. You are creative, focused and settle for nothing less than the very highest standards of service delivery.

As this will be the hottest, hip, most sought after place you will learn, develop, have fun, and wake up wanting to come to work.

**The need and non-negotiables**

This is a challenging and busy role suited for an experienced Floor Supervisor with a wealth of experience in transforming a guest's experience into an inspiring journey of discovery.

You will be a critical part of the FnB leadership team with bags of development and career opportunities. Our team works hard, has fun and consistently goes out of our way each and every day to create amazing and memorable experiences for our guests.

- Lightning quick, master multi-tasker managing varying roles across busy service periods
- You will work fantastically under pressure, cucumber cool
- Your energetic and positive attitude is contagious
- even at 6am
- smiles all round
- You LOVE the face-to-face interactions with our Guests
- You ooze flair, passion and are a stickler for presentation
- it's the little thing that count
- You have the proven leadership skills to coach and lead your team during service
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a busy F&B outlet is essential
